my favorite stephen king was the stand... cause it is so possible with biological weapons. it was great as was misery. needful things, so many great king stories...

I agree! I LOVED The Stand as well. Talisman, Rose Madders and Dreamcatcher were really good too. WAY too many to choose from!

I read The Stand so many times, I wore it out and bought another.

Hm, I've never read Stephen King's books. I tried to once, but just couldn't get past the first chapter. Don't remember which book it was. However, I love movies that are based on his books - except for Dreamcatchers. That one just sucked.

I have lots of books that I love, and among my favourites is LOTR.

But I never realized I loved Sci fi,until I started reading Arthur Clark.
Has anyone read "Childhood's End"? I think this one is his best. What a brilliant mind.

I also love "Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep" by Philip K. Dick.

And there are also numerous others, but I might get to them later.
